Now I just don't bother with the civil war, because most of the characters I have started really don't give a rats ass about the Civil War and thinks it's stupid. Second playthrough I was part of the Legion, but the character was an vampire assassiin, so she just killed everyone. Aleast the Emperor in Oblivion didn't do any of that crap. What's more then the Dragonborn betraying the Legion for the Dark Brotherhood.Īnyways, on my first playthrough as a Nord hero, I joined the Stormcloaks, to be fair I was threatened to be executed by the Legion, so made sense to join the Stormcloaks when they had no evidence the character was responsible for any wrongdoing.
And then makes the whole place that is in flames, and the way Festus was killed makes more sense. That would be a great RP though, do the DB storyline, the start anyways, then finish off the Imperial legion stuff anf the Emperor, he won't know what hits them when the Dragonborn attempts to assassinate him, which then makes it even more interesting knowing Astrid betrayed the santucary and that commander guy is furious as all hell. Sounds to be in character for a member of the Dark Brotherhood, to me. Swear an oath to serve him, then kill him?

The stormcloak faction looks cool I'll give you that, but the 'racism' ruined it. When first time playing the game, like most people, I immedietly have negative feeling towards the empire.īut then, when I entered windhelm, I'm surprised of how these.'proud nord' people discriminate against other races, especially non-humans (even Ulfric himself didn't do nothin' about it what the heck?)
